I awoke on a sleepy Saturday morning to a wet spot in the middle of my living room ceiling. The almost 100 year old plumbing had developed a pin whole leak in a galvanized fitting. The way the piping was notched into the top of the rafters made it impossible to get a wrench on the pipe without first tearing up the relatively new flooring in the upstairs bathroom. Josh and Dave looked at the job. Replacing the old water pipes with a new PEX system run back to the water heater through the living room ceiling was the best solution, and should last forever. Josh was able to coordinate the plumber, Josh's drywall experts, and true craftsmen Dave and Justin to rehang the crown molding for a perfect look and fit. Each stage was scheduled so the steps to completion followed in quick succession. Before I reached out to Josh, I had very poor luck in finding a Contractor who was not booked up for months and wanted to take on such a small a job.
